Description
The Municipality of Ližnjan is located in the far southeast of Istria, in a landscape of Mediterranean vegetation, where the fishing and farming settlement of Ližnjan-Lisignano is located, which overlooks the Kvarner Bay from a hill all the way to the islands of Cres and Lošinj. Ližnjan is known for its preserved nature, the landscape of the municipality with its configuration provides an ideal opportunity for adventure cycling, as well as hunting and fishing. The Municipality of Ližnjan is surrounded by the sea on its southern and eastern sides, on the southwestern side it borders the Municipality of Medulin, and on the western side with the city of Pula.
Within the Municipality of Ližnjan there is an attractive building plot with a total area of 769 m2 in a quiet location. The land is rectangular in shape, flat and has a direct entrance to the plot from the main public road, and water and electricity connections are located at the very entrance to it. Construction began on the plot in 2024 for a family house of 150 m2 with a swimming pool and a conceptual design, and it is currently in the unfinished phase. The land is fenced with a concrete wall.
